Telesure is currently building a 24000m² development to consolidate their business units that are currently housed in six separate buildings across Johannesburg and Pretoria. The building will be completed by November 2012.

The site for the new Telesure Head Office is located at the junction of William Nicol and Helderfontein Spruit, a tributary of the Jukskei River, 4km North of Fourways and 5 km South of Diepsloot. It is bordered to the West by Dainfern Estate, to the South by the river, to the West by William Nicol and to the North by the upcoming Steyn City development.

As part of the development, the existing William Nicol Road from Fourways up to the site will be upgraded to dual carriageways in both directions with a new quarter link exchange at the site.

This will substantially alleviate the current congestion between Broadacres Road and Fourways, and provide some much needed relief to local residents.

Road works (phase 1 consisting of upgrading the Erling Road/ William Nicol Interchange) will hopefully be completed by September 2012. William Nicol Road from Uranium Street to Erling Road will also be upgraded. This will commence as soon as finance has been approved and is anticipated to be completed by July 2013.

Phase 2 will consist of the upgrade of the William Nicol Road from Erling Road to the N14. This will commence after the completion of Phase 1.
